Sales Support Executive

 

Position Summary

In support of the mission statement of Brenner-Fiedler & Associates Inc., the Warehouse Picker/S & R Support, under the direction of the Supply Chain Manager, aids Brenner-Fiedler customers and the Brenner-Fiedler Sales Team. This position will cycle count, pull production orders, receives and sends out packages from requests/inquiries/orders from customers.

 

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Pick Internal orders
• Cycle Count
• Pick and pack Customers orders
• Help will call customers
• Process, package and ship orders accurately
• Review Daily Reports
• Organize stocks and maintain inventory
• Inspect products for defects and damages
• Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments
• Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
• Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
• Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
• Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
• Inbound/Outbound Truck Deliveries
• Forklift Operation
• Other duties as assigned

Supply Chain Manager

None

 

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, motivational and leadership skills
• 1-2 years in Warehouse experience (Plus but not mandatory)
• Ability to use forklifts (Plus but not mandatory)
• Ability to learn our basic warehouse management
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
• WorldShip Knowledge is a Plus but not mandatory
• Lean Six Sigma and 5s knowledge is a plus but not mandatory

• Ability to communicate tactfully with fellow employees and customers.
• Ability to understand and carry out both oral and written instructions in an independent manner and under minimal supervision.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work to successfully meet established timelines and manage sales process, by working fast and multitasking.
• Ability to develop and maintain cooperative and effective relationships with individuals and groups.
• Knowledge of basic software applications; Prophet 21 software knowledge plus but not mandatory.
• Lean Six Sigma and 5s knowledge is a plus but not mandatory

Brenner-Fiedler will provide equipment, tools, forklift, computer, and workspace.
