A Robot For Every Application

Kawasaki Robotics is a leading supplier of industrial robots and automation systems with a broad product portfolio, able to service a wide range of applications.

Kawasaki Robot Product Offering

Pick & Place Robots

Pick & place parallel type robots can be used for material handling and assembly applications in a variety of industries, including food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, electronics, machinery, and solar panels. They are capable of high-speed motion over a wide range, which helps speed up production lines.

Small - Medium Payload Robots

The general-purpose robots are setting the benchmark for all small to medium duty industrial robots. The compact design of the Kawasaki R series Robots, along with industry-leading speed, reach and work range make them ideal for a wide range of applications throughout diverse industries.

Large - XL Payload Robots

Our maximum payload robots incorporate a compact profile design with long reach and high wrist torque. With an impressive payload capacity of up to 1,500 kg, the innovative robot design gives it the power to lift and manipulate heavy loads with great ease and high accuracy. These robots are well suited for the accurate handling of heavy workpieces such as car bodies, jigs, castings, construction materials, and large electric appliances.

Collaborative Robots

A brand new offering that realizes the concept of an innovative dual-arm SCARA robot which can safely collaborate with humans in work operations.

Clean

A full line of industry-leading semiconductor and electronics handling robots. These robots are built for use in cleanroom applications, including ISO Class 1. Speed, accuracy, and reach make these robots ideal for handling delicate semiconductor wafers, LCD panels, organic EL, and solar panels.

Painting Robots

Painting robots combine high operational performance with easy system integration. With five basic types of explosion-proof models available, we have a robot that will suit any robotic painting application, from a one robot paint cell to complete multi-robot integrated finishing systems. Hollow wrist versions of the robots can be fitted with internal hoses to prevent paint mist from adhering to tubes and cables, minimizing the risk of contaminants in the paint finish.  Painting specific control panels are offered as well to enhance the ease of system building and interfacing with peripheral equipment such as robot traveling unit, workpiece transfer unit, rotation unit, and other devices.

Palletizing Robots

Designed specifically for palletizing applications, Kawasaki's palletizing robot line consists of seven unique models with payload capacity from 80 kg to 700 kg to suit most needs. With industry-leading work range, reliability, and speed, Kawasaki's palletizing robots help companies improve production line efficiency.

Welding - Arc Robots

Arc welding robots use state-of-the-art technology to rival the quality of a skilled human welder. The robots are equipped standard with arc welding specific software to enable quick and easy programming of the process path. Adaptive welding functionality is available to modify robot position, weave pattern and speed during welding to fill variable joints. Their built-in intelligence, flexibility and high accuracy make our arc welding robots ideal for a wide range of arc welding applications.

Welding - Industrial Spot

B series robots were developed for spot welding applications using Kawasaki's proven advanced technology and extensive automotive experience to take performance to the next level. The robots offer through-arm cable routing, a space-saving design with a wide work envelope, as well as heavy-duty motors and advanced motion control technology that make the B robot a champion sprinter.  These features reduce manufacturing line build and digital engineering time, support installation in “high-density” applications, and bolster high-speed short-pitch movements, making the B series robots ideal for spot welding.
