Brenner-Fiedler

At Brenner-Fiedler, ISO 9001 provides a framework for much of what we do. The Quality Review Board, a senior management group, meets quarterly to ensure that the quality management system is functioning properly and that its objectives remain consistent with company objectives and actions. We regularly review NCRs (nonconformance reports), SCARs (supplier corrective action requests) and various performance measures to ensure that appropriate responses to nonconformances and any performance shortfalls are effectively implemented.

Brenner-Fiedler has been ISO 9001:2008 registered since October 1, 2009. We were re-certified ISO 9001:2008 standard on August 10, 2011.
