One Open Sales Position: Outside Sales Engineer

Brenner Fiedler - An established, dynamic & financially healthy fluid power & motion control distributor is now seeking an experienced salesperson for Arizona.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to grow sales through engineered solutions and value-add using premier product lines in pneumatics, motion control and electronics. The right candidate will have a demonstrated ability to prospect, determine customer needs, utilize resources to close opportunities, increase market share and manage their territory profitably.

Territory goals are established jointly & extensive resources are provided including dedicated account executives, technical support, product specialists and state-of-the-art technology, design and production expertise.

Requirements: 3-5 years in industrial sales with a strong, technical/mechanical/engineering aptitude. Proven success with territory management, account management & time management is a MUST. High energy & impeccable communication and follow-up skills will be required to achieve desired results. Ideal team player will be customer-driven, detail-oriented, creative and computer proficient.
